The core of the iCMS solution is our innovative quality assurance solution – Rules & Regulations (iR&R). This tool integrates seamlessly with the standard case management tools on the market to ensure you have complete end-to-end visibility and control of the changes taking place in your landscape.
iR&R was developed in CellCo’s own namespace. This ensures that no local developments are overwritten. The addon is imported into all participating systems via two transport requests. No system interruption and no parallel system is necessary.

Convert and create your rules
Together we will define the complete core set of rules that protect your productive SAP® installation regardless of who makes the changes. Used the import history, developer, consultant and legal or logical entities.
Connect to your change management tool
Your change management tool provides required information for the iR&R. If you do not have a change management system, the CellCo Case Management solution can be activated.
Control your start
As soon as your rules are available in your landscape, you choose how it goes live so that you can see the benefits and fine-tune the rules if necessary.
Modus:
OFF – iR&R accessible without intervention in the release process.
INF – Intervention to the release process without interruption of them.
ON – Rule-based intervention in the release process.
Once implemented, every development and customisation in every transport request is analyzed against your rules, completely user independent.
Only rule violations are reported by the system and only the person responsible for the respective violation is involved.
